At Adi Pure Herbs, we are committed to delivering high-quality, 100% natural herbal products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1️⃣ Returns
Due to the nature of our products (herbal powders), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and opened.
However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product leakage during transit
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
2️⃣ Refunds
Once your issue is verified:
• A replacement product will be sent OR
• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
• Opened products
• Used products
• Orders placed incorrectly by customer
4️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
